These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TRAY™ services and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

TRAY™ provides cloud-based point of sale (POS) systems and related services for food and beverage businesses. Our services include but are not limited to POS software, payment processing, inventory management, and reporting tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment for our services is due according to the billing cycle selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TRAY™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
